Lounsbury Furniture Miramichi is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead our Miramichi location.

Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to lead daily activities and drive growth and profitability
- Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for creating schedules, budgets, forecasts, and ensuring inventory accuracy
- Implement corporate sales and marketing programs with the Branch Manager Sales team
- Develop a strong store culture that fosters high-performing and engaged employees
- Strong understanding of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service
- Post-secondary education with 3-5 years of experience in retail or hospitality management or a combination of related education and experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control techniques and procedures
- Strong understanding of budget, accounting, and fiscal management
- Flexible work schedule, evenings, and weekends required
- Proficient computer and technology skills
