- Buffet and Banquet Management: Organize and manage buffets and banquets, ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed to perfection.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train, but prior experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
