Job Title: Research Scientist- Sunscreen & Skincare FormulationThis role is part of the Premium Skin Health Brands product development team, responsible for creating innovative sunscreen products. As a Research Scientist, you will be working closely with commercial teams to develop and launch new products.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sunscreen formula development and evaluation, with experience in guiding all development phases from initial concept to commercialization. They will also be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and provide technical mentorship and support throughout the product lifecycle.
We are looking for someone with a Master's degree in Science and strong project leadership skills, who can manage diverse timelines and goals. Experience in skincare formulation, stability, cosmetic elegance, efficacy, cost, and analytical techniques is an asset.
The salary for this position is around $100,000 per year, depending on factors such as experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
