About the JobThis role involves driving as part of a two-person team or convoy and operating and driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. You will be responsible for overseeing the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment. Additionally, you will perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and ensure all aspects of the vehicle are properly maintained.
The ideal candidate will have experience in truck driving, preferably with a Class 1 or A driver's license. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. As this role requires frequent travel, the successful candidate must be willing to spend extended periods away from home and cross international borders.
Key Responsibilities- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance package and a retirement savings plan.
