Job Title: Marketing Executive

Join William Academy as a Marketing Executive and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging content, including press releases, newsletters, and communications materials, to promote our services and products.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing contracts, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Market Business Services: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Lead and evaluate teams responsible for maintaining media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Plan, Direct, and Evaluate Advertising Campaigns: Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services, ensuring effective ROI and brand awareness.
  • Act as Spokesperson: Represent the organization in various capacities, including media interviews, public speaking engagements, and community events.
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to inquiries from stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information about our services and products.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Materials: Support the development of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to promote our services and products.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions to enhance our brand reputation and drive business growth.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our digital database, providing timely and effective support to stakeholders.
  • Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Materials: Collect and analyze data to inform marketing strategies, developing and disseminating communications materials to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Area of Work Experience: Community service organization.
  • Area of Specialization: Advertising, Communications, Community Campaign, Customs Services, Market Research, Marketing, Media Relations, Public Relations.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, travel expenses paid by employer, valid driver's license, willing to travel, willing to travel cross-border, willing to travel for extended periods, willing to travel overnight, willing to travel regularly.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, overtime required, tight deadlines, work under pressure, large caseload, large workload, physically demanding.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone, computer, internet access, printer.
