Job Title: Marketing Executive

Join William Academy as a Marketing Executive and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our brand and services.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the management of contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing services.
  • Market Business Services: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases: Craft and edit press releases, newsletter articles, and communications materials to effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments: Lead and evaluate the activities of establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Plan and Direct Advertising Campaigns: Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Act as Spokesperson: Represent our organization as a spokesperson, responding to written and oral inquiries from the media, public, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in Preparation of Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to support our marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to enhance our brand visibility and reputation.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Manage and maintain our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Research and Prepare Communications Materials: Gather, research, and prepare communications materials to support our marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, dependability, interpersonal awareness, reliability, creativity, and quick learner.
