Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Khaira Painting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities- Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Bondable and able to work in a permanent position.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
