Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Maple Leaf Construction. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, invoices, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Recruit, train, and develop construction staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex construction issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
