About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a Multi-Line Account Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting our Saskatchewan offices in the sale and support of new personal lines and commercial lines business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the sale and support of new personal lines and commercial lines business opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and educate clients on our insurance products.
  • Maintain a high-level skill with client relations and handle renewals and changes to policies throughout the year.
  • Prepare information to be submitted to obtain new quotes and assemble the information into a presentation format for the prospect/client.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales with a track record of new business written.
  • Processing knowledge of personal lines and commercial lines coverages, markets, and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of habitational, life, automobile, small commercial, property, liability, and insurance principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners, staff, and clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.
  • Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
  • Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficient with Broker Management Software System. Experience with EPIC preferred.
