About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Pharmacy Department in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Assist Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers with daily operations, including processing prescriptions, preparing medications, and maintaining inventory.
  • Front Counter Services: Provide front counter services, including cashier duties, telephone inquiries, and general housekeeping duties.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and customer service.
Requirements
  • Good Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and pharmacy software.
  • Previous Pharmacy Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is an asset, but not required.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
