We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in project management, engineering, and automation systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects, including Sales Engineering, Engineering Projects, R&D, Product Development, and Internal Projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project resources and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience in automation projects and systems, with a focus on project coordination and management.
- Strong understanding of automation equipment build and integration.
- Knowledge of ABB Robots, Siemens PLCs & Rockwell PLCs preferred.
- Licenses: valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Travel: willingness to travel as required.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
