**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales workers.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Authorize payments by cheque and resolve issues that may arise
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers

**Work Environment:**

This is an on-site position, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy loads.

**Requirements:**

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team

**Compensation:**

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
