We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
