About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Ma'iingan TH Store LP. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position, and relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, and working under pressure.
