Pharmacy Technician Job Description

At London Drugs Limited, we are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting our Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate the pharmacy computer and assist in the processing of prescriptions and preparation of prescriptions
  • Manage the pharmacy department inventory and assist with ordering and receiving drug orders
  • Participate in various professional roles, including Travel Medicine, INR monitoring, CDE, and Long term care

Requirements:

  • Registration with the College of Pharmacists (in the province of employment) is mandatory
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience preferable

This is a Full Time position. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week.
