Global Talent Deployment Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Partner to support the deployment and sustainment strategies for our talent programs across manufacturing sites. As part of this role, you will be responsible for monitoring program impacts and performance to identify improvement opportunities, ensuring these programs are fully integrated, adopted, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the deployment of talent programs with customized strategies to meet regional needs, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Oversee logistics, timelines, and resources for successful program implementation.
- Implement long-term adoption and effectiveness strategies post-deployment.
- Establish governance frameworks for consistency and effectiveness across regions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and HRBPs to align talent programs with business objectives and local legal requirements.
- Foster regular communication with stakeholders, gathering feedback for program refinement and success.
- Monitor program impacts and performance by working closely with the Talent Center of Excellence (CoE) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop engagement plans to ensure ongoing participation and buy-in from employees, HRBPs, and leaders.
- Provide advisory support to HRBPs and leaders on talent-related requests and ensure programs meet business goals.
- Manage talent deployment budgets for all manufacturing sites.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices for deployment and sustainment of talent programs.
- Evaluate compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in talent management, program implementation, and long-term sustainment strategies.
- Demonstrated project management skills to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- The ability to drive change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new talent practices.
- Bilingualism in French and English to facilitate international collaboration.
