Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at DREAM LOGISTICS INC.
Job Summary:The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, services, and information from point of origin to point of consumption. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling the movement and storage of goods, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Compile and process orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stock movements, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Transportation Management: Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office and dispatch management software.
The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and working independently. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
