We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at United Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one place to another.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing the movement of goods and materials.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking shipments and scheduling assignments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
