About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at Tri-Mach Group Inc. as an Afternoon Fabricator. This is a key position that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to fabricate custom metal parts and structures.
  • Operate various metalworking equipment, including TIG welders, brake presses, shears, saws, and ironworkers.
  • Grind, polish, and finish welds to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Assist with shop projects, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Fabricate various jobs and projects, including custom equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and product development teams to bring new ideas to life.
  • Accurately complete daily paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner, adhering to company values and policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in metal fabrication.
  • Stainless steel TIG welding experience is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Assets
  • Metal Fabricator/Fitter 437A or equivalent.
  • CWB tickets considered a strong asset.
  • Forklift License or experience is an asset.
