About the Role

FROSTGROVE INC is seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' outdoor spaces are well-maintained and look their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy and visually appealing landscape.
  • Cut grass and perform other lawn maintenance tasks to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
  • Remove litter and garbage to keep our clients' properties clean and tidy.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces.
  • Apply fertilizers and water plants, lawns, and/or gardens to promote healthy growth.
  • Remove trees and other vegetation as needed to maintain a safe and attractive landscape.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift, bend, and crouch as needed.
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required for this role.
