About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Smoky Lake Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to guests, answering questions and providing information about our offerings.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring that our offerings are always fresh and well-stocked.
  • Communication
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring that our guests receive their food and beverages promptly.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Will train the right candidate.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule
    • 32 hours per week.
