Our Medical Integrated Program

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our Medical Integrated Program, a hospitalist-led model of care that encompasses three floors (B6, B7, and B8). This program offers a diverse patient population with acute care needs, providing an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development.

Nurses on these units will have the chance to cross-train between all three floors, allowing them to learn new roles and contribute to their colleagues as patient needs and census change.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working collaboratively with an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality patient care. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with your ability to work independently and as part of a team, will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, staff, and community partners.
