Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training associates on service area policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrate ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and provide direction to associates in collaboration with the management team.
  • Merchandise Presentation: Train and develop associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, encouraging an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Visual Merchandising: Contribute to sales and trend influence by crafting inspirational displays in high-impact areas, driving the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy through dynamic feature changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry experience is preferred.
  • Education: High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify stated and unstated customer and associate inquiries and needs.
