Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MOBILE KLINIK. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Our store is located in a busy retail area, and public transportation is available. We offer a welcoming work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.Hours of Work:
35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
