Job Title: Biotechnology Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified Biotechnology Professor to join our faculty at Canadore College. As a Biotechnology Professor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our Biotechnology program.

Job Summary:
  • Teach and mentor students in Biotechnology courses
  • Develop and implement curriculum for Biotechnology courses
  • Conduct research in Biotechnology to stay current with industry developments
  • Supervise students in laboratory settings
  • Advise students on academic and career goals
Responsibilities:
  • Teach lectures, discussions, and laboratory sessions in Biotechnology courses
  • Develop and implement curriculum for Biotechnology courses
  • Conduct research in Biotechnology to stay current with industry developments
  • Supervise students in laboratory settings
  • Advise students on academic and career goals
  • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to departmental decisions
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Biotechnology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Biotechnology teaching and research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
