Job Title: Machinist, Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Machinist, Maintenance to join our team at FLSmidth Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production.
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts, as well as set up and adjust production machinery.
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Line or reline furnaces, kilns, boilers, and similar installations using refractory or acid-resistant materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
