Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions, including income and expenses.
    • Prepare and maintain financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
    • Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
    • Manage and maintain general ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
    • Prepare and process financial reports, including trial balances and financial statements.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely payment of bills and invoices.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management and clients.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other accounting software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
