Role Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Climate Adaptation Solution Director to join our team in Canada. As a leader in climate adaptation, we provide comprehensive solutions across the life cycle of any asset, from risk mapping and vulnerability assessments to community-based resilience plans and the design and engineering of flood defense systems and stormwater infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs in emerging issues, evolving market trends, and regulatory drivers.
  • Assess the position of our competitors and develop industry-leading insights to drive the development of differentiated value-added technical solution strategies in alignment with our global strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian leadership team to drive profitable business growth, differentiated technological and business model developments for strategic pursuits, share best-practices across regions, and develop propositions across all our key client markets integrating digital transformation and innovation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of industry-leading consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Planning.
  • Masters Degree considered an asset.

This role will foster collaboration across our global presence in Climate Adaptation through coordination with leaders across other geographies and exchanging innovative approaches and compelling value propositions to accelerate growth and enhance our position in the respective market.
