Job Title: Beauty Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Care Specialist to join our team at NI Beauty Salon Inc.

Job Description:

The Beauty Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty care services to our clients, including body treatments, makeup applications, and skincare advice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide body care treatments, including massages and scrubs
  • Apply makeup to clients, including special effects and designs
  • Offer skincare advice and recommendations to clients
  • Provide general information to customers on beauty products
  • Advise on beauty products suited to customers' colouring and skin type
  • Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth
  • Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Beauty Care Specialist will work in a dynamic and supportive environment at NI Beauty Salon Inc. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The Beauty Care Specialist will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
