Job Summary:

The Beauty Care Specialist will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services, including body care, skincare, and makeup applications. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide body care and skincare treatments to clients, including facials, massages, and other beauty services.
  • Apply makeup to clients for special occasions and everyday wear.
  • Offer product demonstrations and advice on beauty products suited to clients' skin types and colouring.
  • Provide scalp treatments and apply temporary designs to clients' skin using electric needles and chemical dyes.
  • Repair and mask aesthetic defects, and provide general information to clients on beauty products.
  • Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into the community, and offer mentorship and coaching opportunities to persons with disabilities.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
