About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our Investment Banking team as a Director, focusing on strategic advisory services for clients in the Telecom, Media, and Healthcare sectors.



Job Description



  • Leverage your expertise and network to identify and execute high-quality merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions and equity financing mandates in the Telecom, Media, and Healthcare sectors;
  • Work closely with experienced investment bankers to develop creative solutions for complex client financing needs;
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients in these sectors;
  • Lead and manage a team of banking professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations;


Requirements



  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification;
  • MBA and/or CFA designation is an asset;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Director-level role in Investment Banking, with a focus on Telecom, Media, and Healthcare;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment;


Benefits


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including stock options, comprehensive health and dental plans, and access to a generous retirement savings plan.



Work Arrangement


This is a full-time position based in Toronto, Ontario, with occasional travel required within North America.
