About the Job

The Culinary Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a culinary role.
