Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Nova Scotia Ltd. o/a HI Dartmouth. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans
- Manage and maintain our social media presence and online content
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and presentations
- Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform marketing strategies
- Design and implement market research questionnaires to gather customer feedback
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our brand and services
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
