Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hearthstone Inn Dartmouth. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and analytics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
