- Procedure Review: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Task Management: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervision: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, supervising 1 to 2 people.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and teamwork.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
