Job Title: Home Child Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Child Caregiver to join our team at Atanaz Family.

About the Role:

This is a live-in position that requires the caregiver to provide full-time care and supervision to infants and children in a family setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household management, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as assist with potty training and other hygiene needs.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, while promoting positive behavior and values.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene, social development, and other essential life skills.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
  • Organize activities, such as games, outings, and educational programs, to stimulate cognitive and motor skill development.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring they feel secure and comfortable.
  • Supervise and care for children during meals, nap time, and playtime, providing a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children in a childcare or family setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
  • First Aid and CPR certification, as well as any other required certifications.
