About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at A Mackenzie Security (1993) Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Human Resources: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization's assets and reputation are protected.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, and other relevant software applications.
