Senior Program Officer, Nursing Recruitment and Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Program Officer, Nursing Recruitment and Retention. The successful candidate will have recent and significant experience in Community Health or Primary Care nursing services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Community Health or Primary Care nursing services in one or more areas, including Community Health, Primary Care, Urgent or Emergency Care, and Acute or Intensive Care.
- Meet the Conditions of Employment, including Reliability Status Security Clearance, Valid driver's license or personal mobility, Medical Clearance, and PRE-PLACEMENT and PERIODIC health evaluations.
- Travel to remote and isolated areas, work in a rigorous and diverse environment, and perform on-call duties as required.
- Complete mandatory education/training relevant to the position and maintain current valid registration as a Registered Nurse and a member in good standing in the province where the position is located.
- Graduation with a degree in nursing from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Recent and significant experience as a Registered Nurse providing Community Health or Primary Care nursing services.
- Valid driver's license or personal mobility, Medical Clearance, and PRE-PLACEMENT and PERIODIC health evaluations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $81,000 to $92,000 (plus applicable allowances) and a comprehensive benefits package.
