Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of facilities projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and project sponsors, to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on facilities planning and project management best practices, and develop and implement processes to improve project delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of project coordinators and other staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, architecture, engineering, or urban planning.
  • Seven to ten years of experience in facilities planning and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Professional designation, such as PMP or LEED AP, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
