Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Planning and Project Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and implementation of facilities projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of facilities projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and project sponsors, to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on facilities planning and project management best practices, and develop and implement processes to improve project delivery.
- Supervise and mentor a team of project coordinators and other staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, architecture, engineering, or urban planning.
- Seven to ten years of experience in facilities planning and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Professional designation, such as PMP or LEED AP, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
