About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installation Specialist to join our team at SUPER FAST HOME IMPROVEMENT INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and plan installations accordingly.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, utilizing hand and power tools as needed.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, taking into account safety protocols and work site conditions.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, demonstrating physical stamina and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment.
Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors, at heights, and in various locations, including construction and renovation sites. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
