We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Great Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to meet the demands of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to support our growing business.
- Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the demands of our customers.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
