Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Northland Village Bakery - COBS Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet the high standards of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer orders.
  • Ensure the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work under pressure.
  • Reliability and dependability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
