Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Boston Pizza Athabasca. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless food service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient ordering and stock levels.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by employer.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
