Job Overview

K-Indu. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Mechanic to fill the role of Industrial Mechanic Supervisor. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with expertise in machinery installation, maintenance, and repair.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coaching apprentices, troubleshooting complex machinery issues, and overseeing the work of other team members. They must have a strong background in industrial mechanics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machinery Installation and Maintenance: Ensure that all machinery is installed, maintained, and repaired in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Safety Protocols: Enforce strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Crew Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to machinery malfunctions and equipment failures.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Trade Certification: Must hold a valid Industrial Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Red Seal Endorsement: Possess a Red Seal Endorsement for Industrial Mechanic.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a generous retirement plan.
