About the Role

Northern Tales Travel Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Guide to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions, and historical sites, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions, and historical sites, providing in-depth information and insights to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of tours, including the transportation of clients and the coordination of activities with local tour guides and leaders of performance groups.
  • Sell souvenirs and provide information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, and other details to clients.
Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing circumstances.
