Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Chef to create delicious and nutritious meals for our residents. As a Chef, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and supervising
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Order and manage inventory of food and supplies
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Training certification (MAPAQ)
  • Professional studies diploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a large restaurant or institutional kitchen
