Senior Manager Corporate Communications H/F

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Communications and Advocacy to join our team at BCAA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our communications strategy and implementing initiatives that drive business results and enhance our reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our reputation.
- Lead a dynamic team of communications professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government, and industry partners.
- Develop and implement effective risk management communication plans to safeguard our brand and reputation.
- Manage and analyze budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and optimize business outcomes.
- Support and grow your team by providing regular feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 5-7 years' experience in a senior marketing, communications, business intelligence, or community leadership position.
- Experience in creating business strategies that blend short- and long-term goals with social impact objectives and ways to measure success.
- Demonstrated experience working at a senior level to ensure good corporate citizenship.
