We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at 3D Concrete & Gravel Ltd. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
- Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, including handling phone calls and messages.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as ordering office supplies and scheduling appointments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Private sector, specifically in a construction company.
- Experience: Will train.
- Other Benefits: Free parking available, permanent employment, and a 35-40 hour workweek.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
