Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in identifying and addressing challenges to ensure project completion within established timelines and budgets.
- Maintain adherence to both internal and external quality benchmarks.
- Formulate detailed project plans and track and report on project status, including costs, timelines, and staffing needs.
- Organize project teams, delegate responsibilities, create project timelines, and ascertain resource requirements.
- Ensure all pertinent project data is recorded in project and performance management systems, and that all documentation is collected and archived for future reference.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project advancements and ensure detailed information is accessible when necessary.
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal oversight, while escalating more intricate challenges to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Food Science, Business Management, Engineering) is mandatory. An advanced degree or certification in Project Management is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the food ingredients sector or a related field. Familiarity with food ingredient development, regulatory compliance, and production processes is highly valued.
- Strong project management capabilities, including proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring projects effectively. Familiarity with project management tools and software is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Capacity to identify risks, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- A proactive attitude, self-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
