The Ducks on The Roof Restaurant is a fast-paced, dynamic establishment seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a timely manner.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Line Cook who can work well under pressure to manage food portions and costs, requisition supplies, and maintain inventory records. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a restaurant environment and possess excellent time management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-2 years of experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
